WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Put plainly - no returns. All items are hand made, and only made per your order specifications, so they're essentially not re-sellable. However, we will make every effort to assist you in the ordering process- from sizing and designing to time frame you need to order to arrive- so that hopefully there is never a need to return.

In the rare occasion there is a defect, flaw, misprint or mistake on our part, the item will be replaced. For more information, please see our Exchange Policy.

IF YOU DON'T ALLOW RETURNS, WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Please contact us! We will do everything we can to assist you.

And if there is a flaw or defect with your order, that is covered under our exchange policy.

WHAT'S SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We offer various styles, most of which fit true to your typical size. If a particular style fits more snug, or loose, that will be noted on the product page. In some instances, you may see a recommendation to size up - take our advice! We also try to offer size chart or comparable info to assist you in getting the perfect fit. Also- feel free to ask us!

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Most orders will ship within 3 business days of order being placed. All items are custom made after your order is placed so there are occasions this could take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We will stay in contact with you regarding any delays.

Shipping delays are completely out of our control.

SENDING A GIFT?

You are too sweet!

We will happily include a note from you. Just mention the order is a gift when ordering, and include the message (or email it to us along with your order number).

We do not send invoices with our orders.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! However, due to Covid-19 Restrictions, rates and shipping times vary and are not predictable. Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order so we can discuss the best option for your order.

WILL COLORS BE EXACTLY AS PICTURED ONLINE?

Colors may vary slightly. Due to screen calibration, supply variations, lighting, color perception etc, we can't guarantee that a color will be exactly the same in real life as it appears on the screen.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRACKED AND NON-TRACKED SHIPPING?
AND WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST?

Tracked shipping provides you with a tracking number (and $50 insurance at no additional cost, with the option to purchase more) and is available with Flat Rate Shipping. We HIGHLY recommend this option.

Non-Tracked Shipping is First-Class mail and does not provide a tracking number (or insurance).

If you fear your order is lost and you chose Tracked Shipping - YAY! We can assist you in locating the package or provide instructions to file a claim with USPS and can use that to provide a replacement order.


If your package is lost and you chose Non-Tracked Shipping we are basically at the mercy of USPS. Sad face!
